Her global expertise is complemented by her practical experience in running both a lodge and a farm, making her uniquely qualified to teach a diverse range of subjects. In her role as a lecturer, Celeste provides invaluable insights into lodging operations, guest services, and hospitality management, as well as practical knowledge in farming and agricultural practices.
