Celeste serves as our knowledgeable Lecturer in Lodging and Farming at The Outpost Wildlife Academy. Holding a degree in Hotel Management from Wits University, Celeste brings a wealth of experience from her extensive career in hotels and lodges worldwide. Her global expertise is complemented by her practical experience in running both a lodge and a farm, making her uniquely qualified to teach a diverse range of subjects. In her role as a lecturer, Celeste provides invaluable insights into lodging operations, guest services, and hospitality management, as well as practical knowledge in farming and agricultural practices. Her hands-on experience in managing a lodge and farm enriches her teaching, offering students a comprehensive understanding of both the hospitality and agricultural sectors.
